Even though we have had some rainy days to say the least we have also had some beautiful weather for winter time,mid 70s and 80s , i sure am looking forward to springtime.Here are some pictures of some misc stuff i thought i would share.

as we all now labs are very happy go lucky dogs,well Deisel(the choc boy) is so addicted to playing fetch he will play with anything that works(pine cones are one of his favs) so ya it gets kind of annoying so what we would do is throw all of his toys on the 2nd story of the playhouse knowing he couldnt get them,he would pace back and forth and try to climb up the slide,and sometimes he would act like he was gonna attempt the stairs but never would.So one day he got brave and climbed up the stairs got his toy or should i say toys and slid happily down the slide lol, now its a everday thing i actually think he likes the slide lol

Right now is usually one of my favorite times for just driving around and taking in socals beauty. Everything is so green right now and spring is coming which means beautiful flowers and butterflies ect... i think with all the rain we have been getting it has jump started spring time a little. I do love the brown dried up fields for my photography just as much as the green but you must agree it is simply beautiful right now.I had my camera at hand the other day and couldnt help snapping a few pictures of the pretty landscapes around me.

Yep you wouldnt have known from the pictures below but Lily was sportin a blk eye for her party. About two days before her long awaited tea party Kelsie(her baby sister almost two) came up and threw her hard cup right at the corner of lilys eye(ouch) and it was an instant black and blue eye. Photoshop is great and you would have never have known would ya??? but i must say she put on her party dress and her party shoes and had no shame! it was actually kind of cute, she kept asking me before her party " mommy is my eye feeling better( really she was meaning to ask is my eye looking better) " lol so cute.

Lily's 5th Birthday Vintage Tea Party

yep our little lily will officially be 5 tomorrow feb 22nd. I cant believe it ! she will be starting school this year gosh how time flys. Since we have always celebrated by taking lily somewhere or just doing something simple i wanted to make her 5th birthday special and throw her a tea party with some of her girlies.I have been brain storming ideas for about 6 months (yep 6 months) which happened to be great because i wasnt stressed out i was able to take my time and come across some great ideas.i had alot of fun doing this party and it turned out just as i imagined and Lily loved it and thats all it came down to! Lily kept telling me along the way when she would see me working on stuff " wow your doing a great job mom everything is so beautiful" so cute! I am posting lots of pics but ofcourse these are just a few of the many i took lol ! i am alos posting alot of detailed pictures because i am entering a contest on another blog http://www.maddycakesmuse.blogspot.com/ ,i came across they were doing this contest and thought it would be perfect to enter Lilys party! ENJOY

Ok so i know its been awhile since i posted anything on here but today i knew i needed to post. The funny thing is about a month ago i uploaded these pictures of my beloved 13 year old pug Bruno and on a seperate piece of paper i had written a long note about my little guy,well after i uploaded the pictures i couldnt bring ,myself to post my letter so i saved my post as a draft for a later time. Now i cant find my letter anywhere and more then ever is the right time to share it , so right now i will just write from my heart.
Everyday when we wake up we dont know what the day will bring.. HAPPINESS,LAUGHTER,FRUSTRATION,STRESS ,JOY the list goes on and on..
well today i woke up to a sad day that i knew was to come sooner then later, a day that i knew was going to be terribly hard to say the least. My bruns became a pug angel 9-1996 to 1-8-2010
You know animals are something special alot of us dont realize it and some of us will never know because maybe your lives are to busy or you THINK you are allergic or you dont want the responsibility, whatever it is that is fine but you are missing out! Animals have a special way of touching our hearts.. Bruno was a part of my life for 13 years and now he is gone and i feel like a chapter in my life is now closed i have great memories and tons of pictures to look back on but it is hard knowing i will never hear him snore again or see his grey face staring up at me with that confused look he always had lol. He was a stinker with such a mellow personality and always went with the flow nomatter what it was , he was our first baby and has been with us through it all i love him dearly and he will be missed and never forgotten. i wanted to share my story below about the day i got him
I knew for sure i wanted a female pug fawn colored so when i called the breeder from the ad i was searching she told me she had one fawn female so i said hold on to her i want her for sure. well when i got there she brought out this so cute tiny only 8 weeks old fawn pug and it was very scared crying and tried to hide when she put her down , she then asked me if i wanted to see her blk male she had i was alittle undecided but said what the heck. Well she brought out this tiny boy and he struts his stuff across the room and went pee on the floor big and proud lol, well i knew that was my boy, The fawn female pug stayed and the little guy later to be known as bruno came with me.

So I'm in one of those moods where I'm trying to clean up my pictures on my computer... put stuff on discs order some pics for my albums ect... but as i start to look through pictures i easily get distracted and start to look through folders i haven't seen in awhile and before you know it 3 hours later i have nothing accomplished( oh well) someday when the girls are grown up and moved out i will get my pictures orginized lol.Anyways i wanted to share some pictures of Lily i found she was about 17 months right around Kelsies age now.How do i not have any of these framed? i mean honestly im suprised you can see wall in my house haha i try to keep it somewhat toned down but cmon I am a photographer with 3 lovely girls that are growing way to fast! So the other day we were outside in the front yard and jason noticed something in one of our palm trees! yep this cute little owl was napping ! so thats where the wierd poop like stuff on the sidewalk had been coming from! lol. about a week or so prior we were going to have somebody come out to trim up our palms really good but we have noticed that the owl has been coming back and using our trees for a nice resting spot, so for now we will leave them, i guess somebody like them shaggy and over grown haha!

Me and Ave had so much fun, they were awesome i got so many great pictures! i had my little pocket camera but i think some came out pretty good considering, i probably could of brought my good camera but i wasnt sure if i would be allowed but after seeing everyone else with cameras galore im sure i could have( oh well next time). yay its finally almost here! two exciting events we have approaching! Well the first is The long anticipated NO DOUBT concert, me and averie are going to on friday!!!! we are in the 6th row at the Irvine Ampatheater!!!! i just might be a little more excited then averie LOL, well we both are pretty excited and i should have some pics to share after! The second is the arrival of our exchange student Anne, she is coming from Germany on Aug. 6th. She will be with us for 10 months, basically the whole school year.We are all so excited and cannot wait to meet her in person, we have been keeping touch through email and i talked to her on the phone one time.Stay tuned for updates and more pics!!!!

Swimming Lessons for Lily

Jason is such a great cook and so creative too, i always tell him he would of made a excellent chief,but its ok he is our familys personal chief and i must say we get fed well and i always look forward to his meals when he starts cooking them although i dont look forward to the big mess he makes while doing so HAHA,but hey he cooks i clean i cant complain!

ok so since im already so behind on posting i thought i would try to catch up a little,believe me with as many pictures as i take on a daily basis i could probably post 2 times a day Haha,but dont worry i wont be doing that. here are some cute pictures of my girls, we were moving a mattress up to averies room and we set it in the hallway by the laundry room for a few days( it was only orignally gonna be a few min haha) so anyways lily thought it would be cool to pull it down and use it like a trampoline lol, so what the hay they had fun and it actually was alittle like a trampoline! so of course i had to grab the camera, well a few min in Kelsie got distracted and started running down the hall with her cute little doggie so snap snap snap more photos ! c mon dont act surprised Haha. Then comes the pictures of my baby all grown up,Averies last day of elementry school(where has the time gone) yep thats right she will be in middle school in august and she will be 11 ( omg) that is hard to believe that i have an 11 year old actually the fact that me and jason have 3 girls is hard to believe Haha its time to brace ourselves cause we are in for an adventure lol. Well we are blessed and i look at them everyday and (want to @$&^%) no im just kidding what i was saying was i look at them everyday and want to freeze time because i feel like time is flying by and before i know it i will be crying at their weddings... yep, my camera is the B-O-M-B, i love it! im really looking forward to using it at the wedding this weekend. But of course i have been playing with it at home, i just have to be careful because the files are huge and before you know it i will have no space left on my computer LOL, we all know how easy it is to snap away with digital pics im just trying to be selective on the pictures i save and will someday print (hahaha because im really behind on that) that is just another thing i will add on my list of things i hope to do , my list seems to be growing longer by the day! so here are a few pictures of Kelsie and Lily, Averie is not out of school yet so dont worry i will be hunting her down with the camera on summer break. Anyways i met up with a few Girlfriends at the temecula Farmers market yesterday and picked up some goodies... flowers, fruit, bread ect... and i also got this very cute pink guitar for lily which makes for some really cool classic pictures.I picked out some beautiful flowers and added them in with the flowers jason got me and it just looks so great ! there is nothing like having fresh flowers to look at everyday,i wish they would last forever...

dont take the title of this post the wrong way lol. This really is a new addition to me! my new camera! i have waited alittle while for this and have done some research .Well my wonderful husband finally pushed me to go get it!!!! and you know what I DID.My Canon 50 D. its beautiful! and just in time to test out for a wedding i am doing on the 20th.i took a few pictures with my old camera of my NEW camera and also of the beautiful flowers jason got me for no reason ,just because.... i love that. wow i had a great day yesterday! i got to go get my hair done, i got my new camera,i got flowers for no reason,and it reminded me at how lucky i am to have 3 beautiful daughters and a great thoughtful hubby!

ok so we thought we would try to snap a few family pictures with our tripod and Camera Timer. I knew before we began the chances of getting a picture with all of us smiling and looking in the same direction was slim but i figured i would take the best shot. The hardest was not having anyone calling for kelsie to look, all she wanted to do was get up the min. we sat down or she would be sitting there nice and still and then as soon as we got down to the last few seconds before the timer went off she wold look away or get up LOL, or if she looked Lily looked away, my hope started to fade about 100 pictures into it, although we did get some of jason and the girls and me and the girls and all the usual shots we take on a daily basis Haha, the ones i dont need a tripod for. Well we did get one shot that i think will be worth framing and then a classic funny family photo that is a must to frame see if you can figure out which one? and Averie was kind enough to snap some photos of me and jason since its rare we get pictures together, so i put together a cute collage of us. Anyways check out a few i wanted to share, although we were Breaking a sweat by the end of this adventure i must say it was Fun and something to laugh about later, pictures are ment to tell a story and bring back memories and think these will for sure!

Well i must say a year definitly flys by,now my baby is a year old,well actually on friday she will officially be ONE. I decided to throw her a First Birthday Party and i must say i had a real fun time planning and making alot of the decor, i did buy some handmade stuff like the piggie toppers for the cupcakes the banner that says Kelsie and the little treat bags that i filled with gumballs,but i got really crafty with the other banners and made them all myself, also the jars i decorated and filled with the gumballs and Jason who loves to cook Made all the cupcakes the mini bday cake and the cupcake frosting from scratch ! (and it was yummy).He also made the oh so delicious chocolate covered pretzel sticks ( thanks Jessica for letting me steal that special treat idea),and then of course we bbq hamburgers and hotdogs.Usually the next day we would be munching on great leftovers but nope not one cupcake or pretzel or even a hotdog left,we do have some pasta salad because jason made a huge pot full ( and that was homemade and yummy too). I think it turned out great!

Camping

We love to go camping! its so much fun and im sure the girls will have great memories when they grow up. Here are a few pictures from a few weeks ago ,we went to Vail Lake which is actually pretty close to us its in temecula.Its A huge place with about 4 different sections of camping areas,the first night we got there we were the only ones in our section which has about 100 camp sites,i must say it was kind of creepy,we backed up to a big hill and it was so silent. Just a little scary ! But by the weekend some more people came. It was our Dog Deisel's first time camping with us and he was so good,he was off his leash most of the time and stayed right by us and played fetch with his ball,he is a great camping dog he loves it as much as we do.

New Family Blog

I decided to start this blog ( Middleton Family) so that i can share updates and pictures to our family and friends or anybody else who cares LOL.I take so many pictures on a daily basis and alot of them get put in a folder on my computer and i end up never sharing them or printing only a few hahaha , its easy to do with a digtal camera ! feel free to post comments or start conversations,after all that is what a blog is about right? i will start off posting a few pictures of Kelsie, for quite sometime she has been walking along anything she can,and anything she can find to push around and walk with she will.A couple weeks ago we got her on video taking her first brave steps to her daddy and we thought for sure she would be walking freely in no time,but she seems in no hurry which is fine with me,but.... the last few days she has been just letting go and taking steps to objects or people that are in close range.Today it seemed she was doing it for a longer distance, and she gets so happy and starts to clap after she has made it,i had my camera ready and snapped a few of her walking from the loveseat to the sofa,its a pretty good distance about 8-10 steps for her little feet. Yay for kelsie!
